  1. 1 kgbarbecue beef fillets
  2. 1 tspground chicken stock
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. 2Tbsl oil
  5. 1/4cabbage
  6. pinchwhite pepper
  7. 8Tbsl mayonnaise
  8. 2carrots

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Put the barbecue beef in the pot with ground chicken stock and oil

  2. 2

    Pot fry it until ready

  3. 3

    Chop cabbage put in the bowl with hot water add vinegar and pinch salt to reduce the smell

  4. 4

    Drain the water then pour mayonnaise and white pepper mix well then serve
