Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon mustard oil. Add some chopped onion and saute. Add grated bottle gourd, 1 teaspoon green chilli chopped and fry. Add pinch of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder and cumin powder and cook till it water evaporates. Switch off the flame and let it cool.

Add mashed paneer,salt, coriander leaves,gramflour into the cooked bottle gourd and make balls of it. Deep fry the ball with sunflower oil and keep aside.

Heat a pan add mustard oil fry the boiled potato with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside. Add bay leaf, chopped onion and garlic and saute. Add turmeric powder, cumin coriander chilli and hot masala powder and cook till the oil comes out. Add salt and sugar. Add potato and boiled peas. Add 2 cups of hot water. After 5 mins add bottle gourd ball. Switch off the flame after 5 mins.

Garnish with slit green chillies and coriander leaves your bottle gourd kofta curry is ready to be served.
