200 gramgrated carrots
1grated fresh coconut
1/2 cupsugar
5 teaspoon cemolina (sooji)
1/4 cupWhite chocolate
1/2 cupmilk

In a pan roast suji and add grated carrots and coconut and milk.till they are soft add sugar and cook till thick.

Make balls and refrigerate for some time,

Melt chocolate in microwave at 10 sec intervals or over a double boiler, roll the balls in chocolate and keep in fridge to set.
