Ingredients

  1. 1chicken
  2. 4 clovesgarlic
  3. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees

  2. 2

    Cut the chicken into half from the breast side

  3. 3

    Press on the back to flatten the chicken for even cooking

  4. 4

    Rub the chicken with salt and add extra on the skin side

  5. 5

    Place the chicken on roasting tray skin side up and place un peeled garlic under the chicken. Note don't peel the garlic as they will burn and give bitter taste

  6. 6

    Bake for 1.5hr to 2hr or unroll the skin is crispy. Wait for it to cool before cutting

  7. 7

    Serve warm with wedges or your favourite dish
