Steps

In a pan add oil, add chppped ginger, garlic and chillies. Sauté well for 2mins

Add chopped onions, capcicums and a lil bit of salt
- 3
Add carrots, peas and tomatoes.

Add water and mix well. Add chilli powder and rest of the salt.
- 5
Add the soaked rice. Mix very well
- 6
Close lid and cook 10-15 mins or till all the veges and rice is well cooked.

Serve rice well with a piece of ripe mango garnished with Cayenne pepper.
