Lovely and easy to make vegetables.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 headmedium broccoli
  2. 1 headmedium cauliflower
  3. 3small carrots
  4. 1heaped teaspoon crushed garlic and ginger
  5. 1medium onion
  6. Salt
  7. Cooking oil
  8. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

    Separate the broccoli and cauliflower from the leaves.

  2. 2

    Run both through running water to clean them.

  3. 3

    Then place the veges in a bowl containing warm water (to further clean and make sure there are no worms)

  4. 4

    Cut your broccoli, cauliflower and carrots to desirable sizes.

  5. 5

    Put oil and onion in a sufuria/pan and let cook... Careful not to burn.

  6. 6

    Add garlic ginger mixture..let cook for a minute careful not to burn

  7. 7

    Add your veges and season with salt give a stir and let simmer for 3minutes then stir to make sure they don't burn. cook for 5 minutes check doneness. I like mine abit crunchy.

    Switch off. Serve hot with your favorite starch and protein.
