500 gbeef (cubed into preferred sizes)
30 gcooking oil
2medium sized bulb onions (finely chopped)
40 gtomato puree/paste
10 ggaram masala
10 gdhana jera spice
Salt
30 gcoriander finely chopped

In a cooking pot, add meat, onions and cooking oil on low heat fire. Cook for ten minutes.

Add tomato puree, salt and all the other spices. Mix in the ingredients till well blended in.

Add water and simmer on medium heat. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
