Ingredients

4servings
  • 500 gbeef (cubed into preferred sizes)
  • 30 gcooking oil
  • 2medium sized bulb onions (finely chopped)
  • 40 gtomato puree/paste
  • 10 ggaram masala
  • 10 gdhana jera spice
  • Salt
  • 30 gcoriander finely chopped

Steps

40minutes
  1. 1

    In a cooking pot, add meat, onions and cooking oil on low heat fire. Cook for ten minutes.

  2. 2

    Add tomato puree, salt and all the other spices. Mix in the ingredients till well blended in.

  3. 3

    Add water and simmer on medium heat. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
