My most favourite Chinese recipe is chilli paneer. Spicy and tangy dry chilli can be served as starter or a side dish, but for me it's Main course..😜😄

My most favourite Chinese recipe is chilli paneer. Spicy and tangy dry chilli can be served as starter or a side dish, but for me it's Main course..😜😄
Steps

Take capsicum, onion and chopped into square and keep aside..

Take corn flour add some water, black pepper powder, salt and mix well. Add paneer and mix everything well.

Fry paneer cubes on high heat till golden and keep aside...

Heat oil in a pan add gngr-grlic paste, green chilli and saute till row aroma goes off, add chopped capsicum, onion, vinegar and soya sauce saute well.

Cook till capsicum become soft.

Now add paneer cubes, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt and mix everything well. (Be careful in adding salt because sauces already have salt)

Switch off the flame and serve hot...
