For baby corn...in a bowl mix the blanched baby corn,all purpose flour,corn flour & salt with help of water to get thick batter....heat the oil then fry the babycorn twice...in another heat 2 tbsp oil add garlic shezwan souce,ketchup and soya souce then mix the baby corn.... your crispy chilli baby corn is ready

For noodles... heat the oil add ginger,garlic chilli & veggies in to the pan cook it well then add soya souce,chilli souce & shezwan souce mix them well add noodles pinch of salt again mix it well add some spring onion noodles ready...
