Add cooking oil in a pan let it heat add meat and fry for about 5 minutes till it turns brown

Add onions, garlic, tomatoes, salt and Caynne pepper fry for about 2 minutes

Add capsicums, coriander and courgette mix well and fry for about 30 seconds
- 4
Add cabbage and steam for about two minutes as you mix well and it's ready to serve
