Ingredients

  1. 1/2midium cabbage chopped
  2. 1courgette chopped
  3. 2tomatoes chopped
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1green capsicum chopped
  6. Caynne pepper
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 bunchcoriander chopped
  9. Cooking oil
  10. 300 gbeef chopped
  11. Halftablespoon garlic

Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    Add cooking oil in a pan let it heat add meat and fry for about 5 minutes till it turns brown

  2. 2

    Add onions, garlic, tomatoes, salt and Caynne pepper fry for about 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add capsicums, coriander and courgette mix well and fry for about 30 seconds

  4. 4

    Add cabbage and steam for about two minutes as you mix well and it's ready to serve
