Ingredients

  1. 4Potatoes cut into cubes
  2. 1 cupboiled green peas
  3. 1 teaspoonginger paste
  4. 1/2 cuptomato puree
  5. 1 teaspoonjeera powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala powder
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. 1 teaspoonjeera seeds
  11. 1dry red chilli
  12. To tastesalt and sugar
  13. As neededoil and ghee

  1. 1

    Add oil in a pan,heat and temper the whole jeera,bay leaf and red chilli,saute Potatoes and peas and keep aside

  2. 2

    Add ginger paste and saute till the raw smell disappears

  3. 3

    Add jeera powder and tomato puree and saute well adding potato and green peas

  4. 4

    Add little water and cover it for 10 mnts

  5. 5

    Finally add sugar and garam masala powder

  6. 6

    Garnish it with ghee and serve
