Today is Akshyaya Tritiya. Three days after Hindu new year.
In Odisha we celebrate this day starting Kharif cultivation. The Chariot construction starts from today in PURI for 'RathYatra' of Lord Jagannath.

We prepare bhog to offer to Deities. So I make Coconut and Banana Malpua.
