Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 750 gtilapia fish fillet
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. Oil for deep frying
  4. 5garlic cloves
  5. I ginger
  6. 2green chillies
  7. Q/2 tbs tumeric powder
  8. Lime juice
  9. 1 tspchilli powder
  10. 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Assemble the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Make smooth paste of ginger, garlic and green chillies. Take a bowl add fish, paste, red chilli powder, tumeric powder, lime juice and salt to taste.

    Marinade the fish 30 mins.

  4. 4

    Heat oil then deep fry the fish till golden brown on both sides.

  5. 5

    Boil the rice with salt and 1tbs cooking oil

  6. 6

    Serve hot
