  • 2table spoons of cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoonroyco
  • Halfcup of water

    Add cooking oil in a pan and onions and let it cook until golden brown

  2. 2

    Add onions and salt to taste

  3. 3

    Add half a cup of water with royco and add fish and let it cook

  4. 4

    Serve hot with ugali and kales
