Steps

Slice the tripe into small pieces and wash

Heat sufuria and add tripe, rosemary, chili and water and let it boil till soft and tender

Drain all the water

Add chopped onions to the tripe and stir

Add cooking oil and stir

Smash the garlic and add to the tripe and let it cook for 2 minutes

Add pinch of salt and roycco then stir
- 8
Let it cook till golden brown
- 9
Serve while hot with ugali and greens
