Steps

Firstly cut chap in round pieces and deep fry till golden

Keep aside,take 2 onion and 4-5 garlic cloves and grind them same as take 2 tomatoes and 2green chilli and grind them

Put some oil in pot or kadhai and add zeera,heeng and add onion garlic paste than add pinch of kasuri methi mix well till become golden

Add all spices in paste and mix well than add tomato chilli paste in that and mix well

After5-7 min add 2 spoon of curd and 1spoon of tomato sauce and mix well

When masala get ready than add 2 spoon of ghee for a better taste

Than add fried chap in masala and mix well after 5 min add water according to ur requirement or can serve it dry also

At last put the gas off and add fresh coriander leaves and serve well
