Ingredients

  • 8-10Bread slices
  • as neededButter
  • 1 cupchopped carrot
  • 1 cupchopped onion
  • 1 cupchopped capsicum
  • 2 cupsgrated paneer
  • 2 cupsgrated cheese
  • 1 tbspcrushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1 tbspItalian herb mix
  • 2-3 tbspmayonese
  • 1-2 tbsptomato ketckup
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Trim the sides of the bread slices.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients except butter and grated cheese.

  3. 3

    Place 3 bread slices in a row overlapping a little one over another.

  4. 4

    Roll it very carefully to make it flat and thin.

  5. 5

    Spread butter on it. Then spread the filling all over the bread. Sprinkle some grated cheese.

  6. 6

    Roll it carefully. Cover in a foil and keep refrigerated for 10-20 mints.

  7. 7

    Cut in slices. And serve with choice of sauce.
