Ingredients

  1. 8-10Bread slices
  2. as neededButter
  3. 1 cupchopped carrot
  4. 1 cupchopped onion
  5. 1 cupchopped capsicum
  6. 2 cupsgrated paneer
  7. 2 cupsgrated cheese
  8. 1 tbspcrushed black pepper
  9. 1 tbsppaprika
  10. 1 tbspItalian herb mix
  11. 2-3 tbspmayonese
  12. 1-2 tbsptomato ketckup
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Trim the sides of the bread slices.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients except butter and grated cheese.

  3. 3

    Place 3 bread slices in a row overlapping a little one over another.

  4. 4

    Roll it very carefully to make it flat and thin.

  5. 5

    Spread butter on it. Then spread the filling all over the bread. Sprinkle some grated cheese.

  6. 6

    Roll it carefully. Cover in a foil and keep refrigerated for 10-20 mints.

  7. 7

    Cut in slices. And serve with choice of sauce.
