Steps

First of all cut the Paneer pieces into Square shape and keep it aside.

Grate coconut,chop dry fruits.

Now take a pan and put it on the gas.Pour the ghee and heat.

Now add chopped onions,sauté and add ginger paste.Saute till gets light brown.

Pour grated coconut and roast for one minute.

Add fresh cream and sauté till dissolved.

Now add chopped dry fruits, sauté well.

Mix Paneer pieces.

Pour milk in the pan and sauté till the mixture turns into solid.

When the milk is absorbed into the Paneer,Switch off the flameAdd salt and white pepper..Transfer the Shahi coconut Paneer into serving bowl and serve by garnishing with chopped coconut,dry fruits,raisins and little cream.Very Delicious.
