Steps

First wash all the patte(leaves) then dry properly from both the side

In a bowl add gram flour,caromseed,chilli ginger garlic paste,black salt,dry mango powder,coriander powder, salt and water as per required

Made a thick paste

Then take one patta apply a paste on patte(leaf)then take another patta(leaf) place on up of the first patta(leaf) then do apply the paste then do it same procedure with 3 rd patta(leaf)then roll it from all the side

Then do same procedure with remaining patta (leaf)

Then steam the roll for 20-25 min in steamer

After that cool it down

Then cut with the sharp knife

Then tempering with take a pan add oil, mustard seed,green chilli,curry leaves white sesame seed

Pour the tempering in the patra

Or u can shallow fry the patra (optional)
