Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 2 1/2 cupcup gram flour
  2. 1 tspDry mango powder
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tspblack salt
  5. 1/2 tspcarom seed
  6. 1 tspchilli ginger paste
  7. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  8. 2 tbspimli paste(optional)
  9. 1 tbspsugar(optional)
  10. 6Arbi ke patte(leaves)
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. 1 tbspOil
  13. 1 tspMustard seed
  14. 1 tspsesame seed
  15. 2-3green chilli
  16. 7-8curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash all the patte(leaves) then dry properly from both the side

  2. 2

    In a bowl add gram flour,caromseed,chilli ginger garlic paste,black salt,dry mango powder,coriander powder, salt and water as per required

  3. 3

    Made a thick paste

  4. 4

    Then take one patta apply a paste on patte(leaf)then take another patta(leaf) place on up of the first patta(leaf) then do apply the paste then do it same procedure with 3 rd patta(leaf)then roll it from all the side

  5. 5

    Then do same procedure with remaining patta (leaf)

  6. 6

    Then steam the roll for 20-25 min in steamer

  7. 7

    After that cool it down

  8. 8

    Then cut with the sharp knife

  9. 9

    Then tempering with take a pan add oil, mustard seed,green chilli,curry leaves white sesame seed

  10. 10

    Pour the tempering in the patra

  11. 11

    Or u can shallow fry the patra (optional)
