Ingredients

1whole chicken
For marinade:
2 cupscanola oil
3 tbspsoy sauce
2 tbspginger
2 tbsp lemon grass
2 tbspgarlic
2 tbsprosemary
3 pcspotato/corn - optional just a garnish

Steps

Mix all together the ingredients and marinate 1 hour. Then put inside the chicken all ingridents and bake 350F in 45 minutes

then roast the corn and cut into 1/4 size the potato and deep fry then garnish it
