Steps

First cut the inchada in thick piece. Then take a cooker add water and salt and put the inchada. Then wait for one whistle then remove it.

After half boil take the inchada and marinate with cornflour, all sauce, Salt, blkpeeper powder,ginger garlic paste.

Then take a pan and add oil for fry. And fry all the inchada.

After frying again take a pan add some oil. And then add the rest ginder garlic chopped. Then add the chilli flakes and saute it.

Then add the onion and salt and saute it.

Then add the sauce and one spoon vinegar to it. Then add the inchada and mix well. Lastly add garam masala. Chilli is ready.
