Ingredients

  • 250 gramraw banana
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • as neededoil for frying

  1. 1

    Peel the raw banana and make thin slices with the slicers.

  2. 2

    Dip slices in salted water for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok add slices of banana and deep fry till golden in colour.
