Wash the fish apply salt and little turmeric and keep aside.

In a mixie jar take grated coconut, both red chillies,tomatoes,coriander seeds,fenugreek seeds, cummin seeds, ginger garlic, turmeric and make a very fine paste.

In a vessel heat oil add masala, adjust water check seasoning and let it boil till the raw smell goes.

Then add bangda fish Cook for 1-2 mins.

Serve hot with red rice or with steam rice.
