Steps

Combine sugar, water and yeast; allow to sit 10 min.

Combine flours and salt

Add liqiud and stir

Knead 10 minutes or until dough forms a ball; dough will be a bit sticky

Cover and allow to rise 2 hours

Shape and place on pizza pans

Add toppings and bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees

NOTE: I add more flour and liquid for slightly thicker crusts.
