Ingredients

  1. 6-8eggs
  2. 12 oz pkgshredded chedder cheese
  3. 1 lbbacon
  4. 1 pkgbreakfeast sausages
  5. 1 lbpotatos

Cooking Instructions

    Take and peel the potatos and cute into homefry size cubes and cook in a frypan with butter and salt and pepper for taste untill fully cooked when fork goes threw potatos easily and golden brown put aside.

    Scramble the eggs in a frypan with butter to your own desire put aside.

    Cook the bacon in a frypan until crisp and set on a plate with paper towl on it to drain excess grease then crumble and put aside.

    Take sausages and cook until done and slice into small peices and let drain on a plate with paper towels and then put aside.

    Now its time to assemble the plate fist put a layer of potatos on the plate just covering the plate surface, then put a layer of the scrambled eggs over potatos, then add the bacon and sausage ontop of the eggs then top everything with cheese.

    Now place plate in microwave for 3 min or until cheese is melted and serve.
