Steps

In a mixer jar take fresh coconut and add 4 green chilli. Grind it. Then add 4-5 garlic cloves and coriander, 1/2 tbsp jeera and grind it again. Add 1-2 tbs water if require.

In a pan add 4 tbs oil and add chopped onion in it.. Saute onion for 2 min and add coconut coriander paste. Saute it. And add salt and garam masala in it. Add all vegies and 1/2 cup water in it add let it simmer for 10 min till water dries..

While serving it add lemon juice as it will enhance it's taste..
