Steps

Stuffing :- take a bowl then add paneer, cheese,chilli powder,garammasala, aamchur powder, coriander, salt mix well

Heat a pan add a water, salt, cumin seeds, 1 tsp oil, let it boil

Add semolina mix it well

Take down keep aside for 5 min

Then take it in bowl and knead it to make dough for kachori

Now take the small ball of dough spread it with fingers in round shape put the stuffing in middle make kachori in perfect shape

Deep fry it till golden brown
