Combine salmon, soysauce, minced ginger, white wine, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. Marinade for at least 2 hours.

Preheat Oven to 375 and bake Salmon for 15 minutes.

Prepare the glaze. Melt the butter and mix with brown sugar. Switch oven to broil. Spoon the glaze over the salmon then set it directly under the broiler for 5 minutes or until glazed.

Serve warm.
