Ingredients

  1. Tattasai (pepper)
  2. Scotch bonnet
  3. Onion
  4. Locust bean
  5. Pumpkin
  6. Seasoning
  7. Local Spices
  8. Cooking oil
  9. Meat
  10. Fish
  11. Spinach (alayyahu)

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend Tattasai, scotch bonnet, and onion.

  2. 2

    Fry in cooking oil

  3. 3

    Add generous amount of water.

  4. 4

    Add pumpkin, locust bean, local spices,meat, seasoning, cover and allow to cook for about 2hours

  5. 5

    Add your spinach and fish cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Enjoy with tuwon shinkafa.
