Steps

Wash fresh fish with warm water to remove slimy particles,then remove water snail from shell and periwinkle and wash thoroughly

Put the fish and water snail in a pot and season and place on fire,allow to boil and set aside

Place a clean pot on fire, add oil, and onion to fry,then add your fish, water snail and stock and a little water, allow to boil

Then add a little sieved garri to thicken it, add seasons to taste,and add periwinkle and scent leaf, allow to boil for 5mins and set aside

It can go with white rice or swallow (garri)
