Ingredients

  • 1/3 cupwhite vinegar
  • 2 tablespoonswater
  • 2 teaspoonssalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  • 2 teaspoonsminced garlic, pasted with some of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoontaragon
  • 1/2 cupolive oil
  • 1 lbshell pasta
  • 1/2 lbpeas, abour 1 1/2 cup
  • 2 pintsyellow an red cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupshredded basil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil and cool pasta

  2. 2

    Blend together salt, vinegar, oil, water, taragon, and garlic

  3. 3

    Toss blend with peas and tomatoes and pasta, add basil, let meld together for 1 hour and serve
