Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupwhite vinegar
  2. 2 tablespoonswater
  3. 2 teaspoonssalt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  5. 2 teaspoonsminced garlic, pasted with some of salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoontaragon
  7. 1/2 cupolive oil
  8. 1 lbshell pasta
  9. 1/2 lbpeas, abour 1 1/2 cup
  10. 2 pintsyellow an red cherry tomatoes
  11. 1/2 cupshredded basil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil and cool pasta

  2. 2

    Blend together salt, vinegar, oil, water, taragon, and garlic

  3. 3

    Toss blend with peas and tomatoes and pasta, add basil, let meld together for 1 hour and serve
