Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupraw jackfruit pieces
  • 1potato cubed
  • 1 teaspooncumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonginger paste
  • 1 teaspooncashew-raisins paste
  • Salt as per taste
  • as neededOil
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala powder
  • 3 tablespoongram flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil jackfruits and potato together adding salt

  2. 2

    Now mash it well

  3. 3

    Add all the ingredients except oil into it

  4. 4

    Make balls of the mixture

  5. 5

    Deep fry the kebab and serve it hot with any sauce of your choice
