Ingredients

  • 250 gmsIndian berries (falsa)
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1 glasswater
  • 1/4 tspblack salt
  • pinchsalt (optional)
  • 1/4 tsproasted jeera powder
  • 1/4 tspchaat masala
  • 6ice cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend falsa with falsa with water and sugar.

  2. 2

    Strain through thick strainer.

  3. 3

    Add salt,black salt, chaat masala,roasted jeera powder.

  4. 4

    Add ice cubes.

  5. 5

    Serve chilled in rimmed glasses with salt and sugar.

  6. 6

    Garnish with lemon wedges.
