  • 2whole galic
  • leavesChopped rosemary
  • Ginger
  • Herbal salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the herbs and mix them

  2. 2

    Spread the meat as shown n spread your herbs generously and salt as prefered

    Choma using open fire

  5. 5

    Serve while hot
