Ingredients

Pre-10 min cook
4 person
  1. For Chicken balls
  2. 500 gramschicken mince
  3. 1green chilli chopped
  4. 2whole red chilli
  5. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  6. 4-5black pepper corn
  7. 5-6chopped garlic
  8. 1/2 inchginger chopped
  9. 2 tbspchopped corriender
  10. 3-4cloves
  11. 1 tspcumin seeds
  12. 1 tbsproasted sesame seeds
  13. 1black cardamom seeds
  14. 1/2 cupfresh methi
  15. For Gravy
  16. 1 tspcumin seeds
  17. 1 tbspdry kasuri methi
  18. 1 cupwhisked curd
  19. 1/2 cupmilk
  20. 1/4 cupfresh cream
  21. 1/2 cupprocessed cheese
  22. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  23. 5garlic cloves chopped
  24. 2green chillies nicely chopped
  25. Salt as per taste
  26. 2 tbspoil for cooking
  27. 1 tbspfresh coriander chopped for garnish

Steps

Pre-10 min cook
  1. 1

    Take chicken mince in a mixer jar add salt and other chicken balls ingredients in it and blend it till creame smooth paste not to add water in it

  2. 2

    Once done make balls of this grind mixture and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now boiled the washed fresh methi with water,when done left out from hot water and dip in cold water

  4. 4

    Now heat oil in pan add cumin seeds,after it add chopped garlic and green chillies and saute for 10 to 12 seconds

  5. 5

    Remove all water from boiled methi and add this and stir it

  6. 6

    Now add whisked curd in this methi mixture and continue stir till boil

  7. 7

    Once boiled add salt and chicken balls in it cover it and cook it for 12 to 15 minutes or till balls completely cook

  8. 8

    Add milk,cream,black pepper powder in a bowl and mix

  9. 9

    Now add this in chicken and methi balls mixture,stir continue and again cook for 4 to 5 minutes

  10. 10

    Finally add dry kasuri methi and cheese in this mixture and cook till cheese completely dissolved

  11. 11

    Sprinkle fresh chopped Coriander for garnish at time of serve

  12. 12

    Now Chicken Cheese Kasturi Kofta is ready to serve

  13. 13

    Serve hot for more taste,serve with naan,kucha or chapati.
