Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgBoiled baby potatoes
  • 1-2 tspOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/4 tspamchur
  • 2 pinchesHing
  • 1Dried red chilli
  • 1/2 tspDhaniya powder
  • 1capcicum
  • 2tomato
  • Graded ginger
  • handfulChopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the baby potatoes

    Take oil in a pan and heat it.

  3. 3

    When heated add dried red chilli, bay leaf, jeera.

  4. 4

    Then add the boiled potatoes in the oil and fry it.

  5. 5

    Add capsicum,coriander,tomato and graded ginger and fry them with the potatoes.

    Then add some water to it.

  7. 7

    Add coriander powder, jeera powder, hing, amchur powder and mirch powder to it.

    Fry them all for 2 to 3 minutes.

  9. 9

    Add some water as you need for the gravy.

  10. 10

    Cover it and let it simmer for 15 mins.
