Heat oil and whole spices, ginger garlic paste.

Add tomato paste and saute for few seconds.

Add chicken and cook for few minutes.

Add tomato paste, all spices, salt and enough water to make thick gravy.

Cover the lid and cook till done.

In large pot boil water with oil and salt.

As rice and cook till 80 percent done.

In chicken gravy and rice and simmer for 10 minutes.

Chicken rice is ready to serve.
