Candy Cane Kiss Cookies
Modified the Hershey's Kiss Blossom recipe, these were eaten before I had time to take a picture.

Combine butter, cream cheese, sugar, egg, and mint extract. Mix together to form a smooth consistency.

Mix together flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to egg mixture.

Form 1 inch balls with the dough, roll in sugar and place on baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes, cookies will look and feel very soft.

Immediately after removing from oven, press one Candy Cane Kiss into each cookie, let cool. Cookies are also excellent if chilled in the fridge.
