Ingredients: 1 lb elbow macaroni; 1 cup whole milk; 2 cans (12 ounce) evaporated milk; 3 eggs; 1 cup butter, cut into pats; 1/2 lb Colby cheese, grated; 1/2 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated; 1/2 lb Sharp cheddar cheese, grated; 1 lb Velveeta, cubed; 1/2 cup sour cream; to taste salt; 1 tablespoon white pepper; 1 tablespoon sugar; 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, to sprinkle on top

1 lbelbow macaroni
1 cupwhole milk

Preheat oven to 350°F

Prepare 9x13 baking dish with some cooking spray.

Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Add the macaroni and cook per package directions. Drain and transfer the macaroni to the baking dish.

Combine the evaporated milk, whole milk, and eggs in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly.

Add the butter, cheeses, sour cream, salt, pepper, & sugar. Mix well.

Pour over the macaroni and stir fyi combine.

Cover with remaining cheese.

Bake 30-40 minutes until top is golden brown.
