Ingredients

24 servings
  1. 1 lbelbow macaroni
  2. 1 cupwhole milk
  3. 2 cans (12 ounce)evaporated milk
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1 cupbutter, cut into pats
  6. 1/2 lbColby cheese, grated
  7. 1/2 lbMonterey Jack cheese, grated
  8. 1/2 lbSharp cheddar cheese, grated
  9. 1 lbVelveeta, cubed
  10. 1/2 cupsour cream
  11. to tastesalt
  12. 1 tablespoonwhite pepper
  13. 1 tablespoonsugar
  14. 1 cupmild cheddar cheese, to sprinkle on top

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

    Prepare 9x13 baking dish with some cooking spray.

    Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Add the macaroni and cook per package directions. Drain and transfer the macaroni to the baking dish.

    Combine the evaporated milk, whole milk, and eggs in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly.

    Add the butter, cheeses, sour cream, salt, pepper, & sugar. Mix well.

    Pour over the macaroni and stir fyi combine.

  7. 7

    Cover with remaining cheese.

  8. 8

    Bake 30-40 minutes until top is golden brown.
