Steps

Take a bowl,mix flour,egg,cardmom powder,lemon yellow colour,sugar.

Add milk to the above mix,make a thick batter (not very thick)flowing consistancy.

Heat oil (deep fried) in a nonstick kadai.
- 4
Add a ladle full of batter,it should form a jaali on the edges as in the pic.

Deel fry till edges are golden fried,turn and fry untill golden brown.
- 6
Serve hot.
