Cut the florets and boil along with peas

Drain the water and keep aside

Now heat oil in a pan fry the lentil dumplings and keep aside

Add jeera seeds and bay leaf for tempering inthe oil heated in the same pan

Now add boiled cauliflower florets and peas

Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add ginger paste and saute

Pour tomato puree and vadi saute and cover

Add green chilli paste and sugar mix well

Garnish it with coriander leaves chopped and serve
