Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2bitter gourd sliced
  2. 3drumsticks cut into pieces
  3. 2sweet Potatoes cut into cubes
  4. 1brinjal sliced
  5. 1/4 raw papaya cut into cubes
  6. 1 teaspoonginger celery paste
  7. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 1dry red chilli
  9. 1/2 teaspooncelery seeds
  10. To tastesalt and sugar
  11. As neededoil and ghee

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add bitter gourd sliced and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder,keep aside

  2. 2

    Now fry the brinjal with salt and turmeric and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now add oil and temper celery seeds and dry red chilli

  4. 4

    Add rest of the veggies saute adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    As the veggies get fried well add the fried gourd and brinjal,add little water and cover

  6. 6

    Finally remove the cover and mix the ginger celery paste ghee and sugar

  7. 7

    Remove from oven and serve
