Steps

Heat oil in a pan add bitter gourd sliced and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder,keep aside

Now fry the brinjal with salt and turmeric and keep aside

Now add oil and temper celery seeds and dry red chilli
- 4
Add rest of the veggies saute adding salt and turmeric powder
- 5
As the veggies get fried well add the fried gourd and brinjal,add little water and cover
- 6
Finally remove the cover and mix the ginger celery paste ghee and sugar
- 7
Remove from oven and serve
