Ingredients

  1. For Idli
  2. 1 bowlSuji
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspEno
  6. For Tadka
  7. 1 tspMustard seeds
  8. 2 tbspoil
  9. 1 tspcurry leaves
  10. 1 tspchana dal
  11. 1 tspudad dal
  12. 1 tspsesame seed
  13. For chinese Idli
  14. 2onion chopped
  15. 2capsicum chopped
  16. 1/2cabbage chopped
  17. 1 tspginger garlic chilli paste
  18. 2 tbspsechzwan chutney
  19. 1 tbssoya sauce
  20. 1 tbschilli sauce
  21. 1 tbsred chilli sauce
  22. 2 tbsoil
  23. 2 tbsgrated cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Take suji and curd mix well... Make batter.. Add salt..

  2. 2

    Prepare tadka and add it in batter of idli...

  3. 3

    Make idli with this batter by adding eno in it

    Now cut the idli

    Chopped all veggies

  6. 6

    Take a vessel add oil..

  7. 7

    Saute all the veggies and sezwan sauce..all sauces in it

    Saute it for 2 minutes

    Now add chopped idlies in this

    Mix well... Chinese idli is ready

    Sprinkle grated cheese.. Kids like cheese.. Serve it with juice or tea
