Take suji and curd mix well... Make batter.. Add salt..

Prepare tadka and add it in batter of idli...

Make idli with this batter by adding eno in it

Now cut the idli

Chopped all veggies

Take a vessel add oil..

Saute all the veggies and sezwan sauce..all sauces in it

Saute it for 2 minutes

Now add chopped idlies in this

Mix well... Chinese idli is ready

Sprinkle grated cheese.. Kids like cheese.. Serve it with juice or tea
