Melt butter in a hot pan.

Then fry chopped ginger and garlic.

After that fry onion,carrot,capsicum and tomatoes in it.

Now add sezwan sauce,chilli sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar and mix well.

Then add boiled macroni,salt and black pepper and fry for 2 mins.

Stuffing is ready.

Method for tart shell

In a bowl crumbled maida,salt and butter.

Now add chilled water and make a tight dough.

Put dough in a fridge for 30 mins.

After 30 mins take out of dough and make small roti and place the roti in the tart moulds and press it properly.

Now make holes with fork in the tarts.

Baked all the tart shell in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 15 mins.

Now fill stuffing in the tart shells sprinkle grated cheese and chilli flakes over it and then bake another 5 mins.
