Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 2 cupsself rising wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupmargarine
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1 Tspvanilla essence (optional)
  6. 1 cupmilk
  7. 10 gcocoa

Cooking Instructions

    Beat sugar and margarine together until fluffy

  2. 2

    Add eggs one by one as you stir

  3. 3

    Add your vanilla essence continue stirring

  4. 4

    Fold in flour little by little as you alternate with milk to form batter

  5. 5

    Divide the batter into two halves

  6. 6

    Use one half to fold in cocoa and stir until smooth

  7. 7

    Put the batter in a baking tin as you alternate. Put in the oven and bake for 45minutes or until when u insert a toothpick it will come out clean

  8. 8

    Remove from the oven,cool for 20mins the serve with a soft or hot drink
