  • 1 boxvelvetta cheese
  • 3 cansrotel tomatoes (undrained)
  • 2 bagsfrozen steam cream spinach
  • 1 bagfajita chicken
  • 1-8 ozcream cheese
  • 3 bagsreal bacon bits

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients in a crockpot - cube Velvetta cheese, chop chicken in small cubes, steam spinach bag in the microwave. Stir as cheese starts to melt.

  2. 2

    Takes 1 hour to hour an a half cooking time. Serve with tortillas chips.
