
Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce

Cooking Instructions

In a saucepan melt butter over medium-high heat.

Add shallots and sweat until soft.

Add peaches, bring to a simmer and let cook for five minutes.

Add lemon juice, cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and chicken stock.

Simmer until thick, approximately 15-20 minutes
- 6
Add whiskey, return to simmer, cook for five minutes and remove from heat.

You may adjust the seasoning and sweetness if you would like.

Puree mixture with immersion blender or food processor till smooth and thick.
