Wash 1/2 cup split pea/dhal in cooker. Add 2 cups of water

Add 1/2 diced potatoe

Add turmeric and salt and cook for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and let cool before opening.

Make a Vagar seperatly with oil, rye and ing. Add 2 tsp tomato sauce, turmeric, garam masala, green masala without ginger, salt, and 1 cup water to the vagar.

Add gore and lemon juice (if needed) to the cooker and add to vagar quickly.
