Ingredients

6 servings
  • 5 lbchicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 lbyukon gold potatoes
  • 2onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1/4 cuphoney
  • 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  • 2 tablespoonscornstarch
  • 1 tablespoonrosemary
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil.

  2. 2

    Add chicken, brown on all sides.

  3. 3

    Place potatoes, onions and garlic in slow cooker and top with chicken.

  4. 4

    Stir together honey, lemon juice, cornstarch, rosemary, salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Pour over chicken.

  6. 6

    Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 on high.
